Hey, I’m Steven Barnhart - a pen and ink artist with a slight obsession for detail and an unhealthy relationship with texture, linework, and visual storytelling. My specialty? Cartographic illustrations and abstract compositions, all drawn entirely by hand. No digital shortcuts. Just ink, paper, and a quiet compulsion to turn empty space into something worth getting lost in.

Maps, symbols, strange little patterns - they’ve fascinated me since I was a kid. Not just for where they lead, but for how they make your brain fill in the blanks. Whether it’s a sprawling imagined landscape or an abstract piece that messes with motion and perception, I want you to look at it and feel like you almost know the story—like your brain is reaching for something just out of frame.
